Important: If the driver cannot find you at the correct pick up location in time, it is considered a no-show and we cannot give a refund. Please read carefully!

Daniels Hawaii Tour Pick Up – All you need to know

✔ HARBOR PICK UP – Pick up is directly in front of the terminals of Pier 2 & Aloha Tower

✔ BE ON TIME – Please be ready for pick up outside the terminal when we arrive

✔ BE AT THE RIGHT SPOT – Please make sure you’re at the correct pick up spot

✔ SAFETY FIRST – Please be patient. We are trying to get to you as fast as possible.

Your help is appreciated! You being on time helps to smoothen the pick up process and reduces wait time for everybody. MAHALO for your help!

✔ The guide will call out your name when he arrives at the pick up location

✔ The guide has your phone number and will call you if he can’t find you

✔ If the guide cannot connect with you he will wait ~5 minutes

✔ After waiting ~5 minutes the guide will consider it a no-show and leave (no refund, sorry)
